Quoted me $250 for transmission filter and fluid change. Dropped my truck off on Monday night was told I could pick up the next day. Got there 15 minutes before closing and was told they just put it on the lift and that it would be done the next day. So I was without my vehicle for 2 days. Then they tried to charge me $475! The dealer only chargs $250 for this same job. I refused and they lowered the price.My truck has shifted poorly since. Turns out it WAS A QUART LOW on transmission fluid!Nice job pro tech ?

Performed oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation.Took about an hour.Informed me that I still had winter tires on, having forgotten from not driving too often, this was great.Also, let me know that I should get my brake fluid done, with the current mileage on the vehicle.

Scheduled an inspection appointment at the beginning of the week for Thursday. When I showed up to get my car inspected I was told that there were no scheduled appointments. (I had scheduled an appointment early in the week.) there was no offer to fit me in that day or any time in the future. The atmosphere was also very unprofessional as the workers were watching inappropriate videos where you could hear the profanity. No one greeted the customer and did not come across as friendly or wanting to help the customer either.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Called a week before, the tech told me I need to come 1 week later (totally fine) I’d have to leave the car or if I wanted to stay with the car I’d have to bring it at 7am, got there at 7am no one was around finally someone showed up 7:45 that wasn’t aware I was even in the schedule nor could find me in it, told me I had to wait until 9am because they couldn’t get a hold of the main mechanic. I rearranged my day and nothing got done so a day wasted. Please be more professional with your scheduling.Service: Wheel alignment

My car overheated. Eddie found the radiator was cracked and needed replacement. 4 hours later they'd gotten new radiator and hooked it up. Unfortunately he/they neglected to tighten the 4 screws holding the hose and the car overheated again on the way home. My mechanic told me all the coolant drained out the loose hose connection. I called to speak to manager, was screened from him by the lady answering the phone and he never called back. This happened Wed Oct 12, 2022

I brought my car to Pro Tech at the recommendation of my now retired former mechanic. Its is stressful going to a new place for the first time, not knowing if you will be in good, trustworthy hands, but the owner John immediately put my mind at ease. I watched customers come in and out on my drop-off and pick-up visits and noticed that he remember each of their names and their issue, even with dozens of cars in queue. Genuine and honest, I can't say enough about how disarming my encounter was. It was good to leave my vehicle in their hands. I got it back at a fair rate, with everything taken care of that needed to be. They checked through everything and made sure I was fully aware of anything that may be an issue now or in the future and took care of it all for me. I am thrilled with how my vehicle runs after leaving it with Pro Tech and will undoubtedly being returning with any future maintenance as well as suggesting it to others.Service: General repairs & maintenance
