Fun staff with decent selections. Prices are comparable to local shops of similar size. Bourbon selection and pricing is better than other small stores.Always end up leaving with a smile on my face.

This is simply the perfect wine shop. It has such great ambience and character that you notice as soon as you walk in and the woman who works there is so kind and helpful. Great selection and overall amazing experience.

I'm literally never coming here again after an experience I had last night in this store. My best friend of 7 years is from Amsterdam, Netherlands and yesterday was her last night in New York before going home so we wanted to get a bottle of wine. I choose to come into this store all of the time because they know me and have never given me a problem when bringing new friends into the store. I always did this to give them business because I know they're a small one. The woman working at the counter would not sell me and my 25 year old friend a bottle of wine because her ID WAS NOT FROM THIS COUNTRY. Which is just absolutely ridiculous because she bought alcohol at this same store in 2019 when she last visited me. The worker literally said that she could not sell to us because her boss said that she can't sell liquor to anyone who doesn't have an American ID and that she would need to see her passport. Unreal. Yesterday my friend was discriminated in this store because of her nationality and it's honestly embarrassing. We went to discount wine and liquor in Hannaford plaza after we left here yesterday and had 0 issues. Obviously, she's not American so her ID is going to be different but it does not change the fact that she's 25. I will forever go out of my way to get liquor at discount wine and liquor! Screw you guys for real
