Once I explained that it was my only vehicle the extremely nice lady on the phone, think her name was Sherry, found out they had a cancelation and told me to come now. “If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Red Mill Auto Collision is for you! Unfortunately, I had an accident and needed to repair my vehicle. Our car was submitted on Nov 2023 and checked out Feb 2024. I know I can't believe it still! I mean, can you? Red Mill Auto took our car, not expecting it either. However, that did not stop them from doing an excellent job with our vehicle. They were patient, kept us as calm as we could be, they kept us abreast with every necessary communication. “We were traveling to Michigan when othe engine in our Honda Pilot began running rough and the emission light came on. We searched for a local auto mechanic and found Burns and Son just a few miles away. We called and they said to drive right over and they would check things out. When we arrived, Mike came right out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to order the needed part and put it in immediately when it arrived.While we waited for the part, he kindly pointed us in the right direction to grab some lunch. “I’m a working mom of two little ones and really needed to get my car inspected / oil change . After calling around and getting grumpy responses / booked out for weeks , I called Lucy’s Tire shop and they were so KIND and said “come on in, we ll take care of you”. He got me in that day! The place was super nice! I was in and out in no time with the best price oil change / inspection that I’ve ever had . I’ll definitely be back and will tell others to go as well! I’ll have to bring a box of cookies since my daughter stole their last one :). Oh yes they had snacks! Thank you guys for helping us out yesterday !”
