Tony and staff are exceptionally talented and they never try to upsell a repair or service. I was treated with respect and given options to help me afford the repairs needed to my Honda Fit. My driver’s seat jammed and locked into a setting that didn’t allow me to safely reach the pedals. I got used to sitting with several pillows behind me until, after an evaluation, Tony explained to me that my seat was unstable and therefore unsafe. In an accident I would very likely have suffered severe injuries due to its malfunction. He was able to find safe and reasonably priced used parts to securely support and adjust my seat, and it now works like new. I will be returning for more work in the very near future. I highly recommend 9 & 20 Auto Body!!

These guys are absolutely the best - reliable, pristine work, and always completed on time. Seldom have I encountered a business so committed to providing top-drawer customer service. As a woman, I'm used to having dealerships and repair companies try to take advantage of my naivete. Not 9 And 20 - they take the time necessary to explain the problem carefully, give accurate estimates, and NEVER overcharge. I heartily recommend them, and even travel from my home in NYC to have my car taken care of by 9 And 20. I know it's in good hands. If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would!

This is great auto body repair shop. Tony really works with the insurance companies to get top dollar for you vehicle repairs. If you need auto body repair work just go talk to Tony and he will take care of you every time.
