“I needed a caliper for my car, and I was able to find one there at Volo's. The big box stores wanted $114 for one, while Volo's Napa had one for $103, and on top of that, I was able to get another $20 off by ordering it online. I called the store to make sure they had the part in stock and it was the correct one for my car, and Beth assured me it was. I sarcastically asked if they delivered, because I was in a bind with my car on jack stands needing a caliper. Beth said that their driver was actually getting ready to deliver parts to a garage next to where I live and she would have him drop it off! I could not believe that they would go above and beyond like this. When the driver showed up at my house with the part I was overwhelmed with a sense of extreme gratitude. I know it's not something they do everyday, but this just goes to show how amazing their customer service is! A local business that actually cares for their customers. From now on I will be using Volo's NAPA in Greene. Huge shout out to Beth and her team! Thank you just isn't enough!”
“I love that the employees all joined into help me figure out what oil filter container I needed for my furnace that was leaking at closing time and stayed late to make it happen! What a great staff lance has!! Especially the dude in the shorts that sat with me and read the directions on the floor in the aisle. It was a success.
