the lift I rented cost 300 bucks for 5 Hours! would not cut me a break for being an hour behind, and I paid them cash! also you can get steel roofing from breezy hill cabinetry for 60 cents cheaper per foot! Willard family home remodeling will go elsewhere for rentals and building materials

Contacted Elitsac to rent a chain saw. We were told that they normally didn't rent out chainsaws but we could rent the owners chain saw for $50 we scheduled a pick up date and on that day we had to wait 45 minutes for the owner to finally being the chainsaw. We were showed how it worked and they made sure it was full of gas and oil and sharpened the blade because they didn't carry the correct on at the store? Associate rang us up and charged us $70 we questioned why $70 and

Associate rang us up and charged us $70 we questioned why $70 and were told they charged us because they had to sharpen the chain. Not sure why that was our responsibility to pay but didn't want to argue just wanted to get the job done. 1/3 of the way into the job the chainsaw wasn't working right contacted owner. He came to our home and said the carborator must need to be cleaned. A second chainsaw was brought to the house all gassed up and ready to go. We started having the same issues with that one too. We finished the rest of the job by hand. I sent a text to the owner that we were having issues and would appreciate a refund due to all the issues. I left to return the chainsaw and the owner came to my residence acting like a j*** to my husband saying " I came here and brought another chainsaw and you expect a refund" and walked away pissed. When I got to the store it was obvious the owner had already told them I would be in with the chainsaw. As I didn't get a very friendly reception. So long and short I was charged for a 4 hour rental at $40 instead of $55 but was charged $5.99 for fuel that I never asked for and the owner said he would have it gassed up for us didn't realize it would be on our expense. I was then given a credit for $9.73. owner never responded to my text. This place is a total rip off and I would never recommend going there. I would also be concerned on the quality of all the rental equipment.

Not impressed over all. This was my first visit. My husband and I were the only customers in the place. The guys working acted like they had no desire to do much. Maybe it was because it was so close to Christmas and they were just over being at work, but I won't go back unless there is no other option. My husband probably will, he is more willing to deal with that sort of thing.

My construction company uses this place for supplies and for equipment rental. We have yet to be displeased.

I grew up in a small town along with one of the partners of this Do It Best Hardware store, it's nice to see that kind of understanding about service and support has been brought over to Castile. Especially when backed by all the resources and stability of a growing brand name. Enjoy your visit to Do It Best and I'm sure you'll return again.
