So as the father of the 16 year old that was on his bike and choked for trying to wash his bike by said employee/owner after going through the go pro footage myself I will tell you the cones you say were in front of the doors were only one was there and off to the side of the door 2. He pushed the button and the door opened 3. he paid for the wash 4. Has he was leaving after being attacked he did slip the tire and dumped his bike causing damage to the bike but at no time did he attack the other person and nor did the other person have any right to tuch my kid ...... if something isn't done to remedy this I will be pressing charges and sewing for damages

Went there last night and was going too pull in when I seen a bike leaving and then some guy running out of the wash bay, which seemed to be a employee of some sort and came running out and attacked the biker! He was trying too rip him off his bike, not sure what happened but definitely not cool!

Terrible I was driving by and watched the owner grab some guy on a bike with a choke hold. It was the craziest thing to see, it was someone who runs it he was there with some lady there was a couple witnesses definitely weird to try and cover it up

Went to vacuum my car and the first machine ate my money and never turned on so I went to the next vacuum and at that one while I was using it the end came off what a waste

It says open 24hrs but at night there are no lights.No coin machine.And the three or maybe four times I've used this car wash the owner always just pops up out no where. Which is creepy as hell.The last time I was vacuuming the concrete dust out my carpet. One min the entire lot was empty and when I looked there he was.The first I night tried to use this car wash the Owner crept up, in my blind spot beside my car.Forgot about it for some reason, probably because I was tired when it happened but the last time I went and he popped up again, it came back to mind.So I'll just drive the extra 30miles to Watertown or Lowevill to avoid this creepy car wash

Finishing eating so we could throw trash away and vacuum the car. Guy came up said we where blocking the vacuum and proceeded to blame a mess on the ground on us and talk to the only other person there about us. Which Happened to be our lovely neighbor. Would not recommend.

I always use the laser wash. I've never had any issues besides waiting in line, but that just comes with the territory. I appreciate that they offer undercarriage wash as part of the least expensive option.

This place is great but they should post their signs more in view of the drivers. I think they need to have one across the bridge in Carthage.

5 stars if there were card readers in the self serve bays. Its an inconvenience in today's financial market.
