Was unsatisfied when they wouldn't price match the same product home depot carried at a cheaper price. Even though ace hardware is closer if I have to spend more why waste my time when I can drive to watertown and and still save money with the further drive. Disappointing being this was my first time at this ace hardware, and qas told how great it was on price matching and products. This customer won't be back.

For a local hardware store, this place was pretty surprising. I was looking for something specific and was told it was upstairs. \"Upstairs?\"... Around the corner and up the stairs. \"Oh... Holy ****!\" Definitely more than meets the eye.

This place is living on a different plane of reality. Their hours of operation are very shady. They're only open for about 9 hours a day 6 days a week. They close when many people are just getting off work. An MO like this usually has mafia influence in the background.
