Gavin was the absolute professional. Was out to service my truck with a smile on a Sunday afternoon. Arrived 30 minutes prior to the time that was given. Changed it quick and got us back in service.Nice to see such hard work ethic in a young person. Trait that seems to be lostServices: Tires

Was there for a tail light on a trailer (one that needed to be drilled out and fastened. I didn’t have the proper housing or gasket for a roadside repair) I was fit in and out within an hour when I took my equipment to be fixed. I’ve had other services from them like road side. Everyone I’ve met has always been pleasant and knowledgeable.

This company charged me $2300 to pull a gmc Denali out of a ditch for “2.5 hours of work” Cash only no card. Absurd and high way robbery. This is what’s wrong with business today. There’s no reasonable explanation as to why I should have been charged that. They also bent my drive shaft by the way they pulled the car.

Had a bad tire on my trailer, and they said pull in, and they would get right on it. They did just that. Changed it out, and I was on my way.

I recently had to have body work completed at Lisi's Automotive. This is never a fun process and it can be stressful to say the least. I was immediately impressed with the service and staff at Lisi's. Michael was kind, helpful and honest. He told me step by step what would happen and when the work would be done. He went above and beyond to get my car back to me over a holiday weekend! I would highly recommend Lisi's for their work and trustworthiness.

Needed a tow after my son's car got stuck. Dispatch got a truck on the way right away, and Hakim did an amazing job of moving the car from a tight spot without a scratch. Pleasant to work with and very skillful in a tough job.Would definitely use these guys again, though I hope I won't have to!

The nicest professional tow guys ever. I drove off the road down a ravine in the pouring rain, the police called Lisi towing to get me . They were quick to respond and explained everything to me that was going to happen. They pulled my car out with little to no additional damage . Terrible thing to happen however Bill the lead tow guy was fantastic . I highly recommend them .Fran N

After having a long day of traveling home with our 25ft trailer and skidder, we had an accident happen and our axels busted leaving us stranded 4 hrs from home. Tony and Matt came out with their flatbed trailers to help us out. They were very poilte and respectful explained everything to us that they were doing or going to do and answered every question we had!! Highly recommend Tony and Matt from Lisi towing..

At a place called New England Truck Center in New Hampshire, I called for assistance on the road for an electrical issue...I got ripped for $1750 (including a 5 night wait at a hotel, the road call, and the assessment. With no help.) They didn't fix the problem. After seeing black tape under my dash, They wanted to replace my whole wire harness. I couldn't afford it. I was trying to limp my truck home to Tennessee afterwards, but I had to get off the road just inside the NY state line.The truck was dying.I was very fortunate to coast into Lisi's ... They were busy, but gave me a few moments of their time... Within 15 minutes they found wiring issues in the external battery box.Boom! Fixed!!! Thank God!!!! Steve and Danny Thanks. We were driving through Brewster on our way back to Canada. Our Ford truck broke down (DEF issue). The Ford dealer was extremely unhelpful. They wouldn't even look at the truck. Ford made it sound like they wouldn't look at it for a month. Lisi's was across the road. They took our call and squeezed us in. They looked at the truck right away. They found parts and got us back on the road by the end of the day. Steve was super helpful. He was articulate and helped us understand where we were at through out the day. We made it back to Canada close to midnight. Thanks again Steve and team for helping us!Service: General repairs & maintenance
