This establishment gets one star. You people sold me a car that almost killed me. 3 months after buying a 2008 jeep liberty it began to be riddled with electric problems until the Jeep broke down in traffic at a red light. The engine began to smoke and I started to roll down the hill into oncoming traffic. Steer clear and don't break down.

Very unprofessional and very dishonest. I traveled 4 hours to see a truck with constant texts, calls, and video. Asking many questions because it was an 8000 purchase and a long way to be disappointed. I knew vehicle would have minor repairs because it was old. But I was reassured that everything worked perfectly. I noticed in one of the pictures that a spare tire was missing. I asked about it and he said he has numerous spares on hand. I drove down only to find more issues than told over the phone. Air conditioning wasn't working which he said it worked yesterday. Speedometer wasn't working which he said the same. Working perfectly yesterday. Still wasn't a turn off until he asked for half the money in cash. No warranty . I told him its a large purchase not even a 7 day warranty? He said 30 days for labor only. So I said if I drive off the lot and transmission fails its on me? He said yes. Very very disappointed!!! Wish I could picket out front and scared away potential buyers.

I purchased my vehicle from here last April. Darwin was not only efficient but honest and reliable. He ensured my vehicle was ready for pick up on time with all the required paperwork and repairs to the vehicle completed prior to. Since then it has been 5 months, I have just got my first oil change and am happy to report my vehicle is still running great. I waited to post a report here to ensure my vehicle ran smoothly before giving public feedback. Lastly Darwin was also very professional as was his staff when I called to ask household questions related to the vehicle and reassuringly told me without hesitation stop by if I needed to and he would assist me further. He made me feel comfortable and I am truly thankful to him and his staff. I love my vehicle. Thanks Putnam Auto Sales. You guys are the truth.

Straight rip off. Typical bait & switch. Cars they selling are either frame damaged, salvaged, fleet used, rental used of after multiple accidents. They care about you money. So they except from you $2000 deposit, plus you obligated to pay prep fee, finance fee, doc fee and detail fee. Stay away. Straight ripoff. Soon as you leave you gonna have check in engine light on or sooner or later transmission will failed . They fool you

Set up a time to go see a car. Stayed in communication the whole hour drive up to their located and when I got there no one was there meanwhile Justin told me he'd be there. Poor business practices and the car was a POS. Cracked windshield, rust, damage, etc. not at all what was described. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
