I couldn't of asked for a better experience from the beginning to the end of my transaction. I knew the situation I was in wasn't ideal but Dom was amazing and got what I wanted. Mike in finance was thorough and answered all my questions and concerns! Overall, I would recommend Meadowland to anyone!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by Meadowland of Carmel, specifically by the Service Department. I was in touch frequently with Derek, who was my point of contact while my vehicle was in the shop. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Meadowland was accommodating and helpful, made sure my repairs were covered by warranty, and provided me with a reliable loaner vehicle. Thank you!

Recently, my Mother and Father purchased a used truck from Mike Risi. While they were perfectly capable, I am a Finance Manager myself for 27 years and they asked me to "oversee". Honestly, there was nothing to oversee! Mike took great care of them in regards to sale. As we continued into the financial aspect of the sale, Sharon, the Finance Manager continued to provide excellent communications as well as protection options for their purchase. No stone was left unturned between the two.If you are in the market and looking for a contact, Mike is the Man to see!Thank you for all of you assistance with this purchase. My father is in his glory in his new truck!

I went back there last year because the lug nuts on my Chrysler 200C swelled up and Mavis couldn't get the lug nuts off. I ordered new lug nuts from Meadowland parts dept. When I received them I called the service dept. to find out what the cost would be to put on the new lug nuts. I was told $99.00. In the mean time I had them rotate my tires and they had no trouble with the old lug nuts. At least they didn't mention any problems. I thought the price was rediculous since I think they only charge 29.00 for a tire rotation. I asked to speak to the service manager who agreed so I let them do it and he charged me 10.00 more than they would have charged for a tire rotation and all the had to do was change the lug nuts, not move tires. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have no other options.

This Ram dealer is the worse dealership experience I have ever had. I have owed Fords, Volkswagens, Hondas, Subarus, Dodge. If you have issues with your Ram vehicle prepare yourself for the worst dealership experience you have probably ever had, if you need to bring it to Meadowland Ram. Ken Kempler ,the service manager doesn't seem to care about anything once the sale is complete. You've been warned.

I have used my same car salesman for years, but when he told me he couldn’t find the Jeep I was looking for, he gave me a referral to Magic Matt Miller in Carmel at meadow land. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer magic Matt out to anyone looking for a car/Jeep/truck, he is knowledgeable, not pushy and actually felt like I left with a new friend. He cares, passionate and a pleasure to deal with, I highly recommend Magic Matt! A great guy all around!

The salesman that helped me out (Julian) did a great job. Very helpful and great communication. I live a little over an hour away and was able to make everything happen over the phone. I was literally able to just go pick up the vehicle and drive home.Julian, you’re the man bro, thanks for all your help and making this painless and easy. I highly recommend this place for your next car purchase.

I was recently traveling from PA to ME towing my rv with my 2021 Ram 2500 diesel when I experienced a transmission problem. Fortunately, I was only 6 miles from this dealer and what an amazing experience; without an appointment, my issues was immediately diagnosed, new software was installed and I was back on the road in approximately 1 hour! The prompt service and friendly demeanor of the employees that was shown to me and my 3 hunting dogs during this experience was beyond noteworthy and I wanted to acknowledge an extraordinary business. Thank you!!!

I had problems with my new car and the parts are under warrenty and after 2 other times they failed to fix the problem, I understand sometimes problems aren’t always fixed the first time around but then when I needed the inspection done they charged me for it but didn’t give me the sticker. They even charged 99$ for an oil change which I didn’t ask for. All I said was I needed service for the check engine light and the inspection. There’s no way to make it up anymore. The sale department is amazing but the service feels like a scam.

The car buying process was made very easy by my salesman Dom. I told him what car I was looking at, and it was ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealer. Sharon from finance was extremely friendly and efficient. The whole process only took a couple of hours. I didn't feel pushed in any direction other than the one I wanted to go in; I was genuinely treated like a human. An issue with the vehicle did arise in the first week of owning the car, but Dom referred me to Kenny (in charge of parts and service) and the concern is currently being rectified. Despite having an issue with the car itself, the experience with multiple staff members withing meadowlands was overwhelmingly positive

Magic Matt Miller was our sales consultant we worked with during our new jeep wrangler purchase. He was exceptional to work with as we bought our new 2023 Jeep Wrangler! What can I say 5 stars across the board here at this dealership. Matt really did make our experience of buying a new jeep easy and was in contact with us with updates all along the way since it was a custom order we made. Mike Rockwell the Business Manager was very easy going and nice to work with as well with the financing part of the deal. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend you go here for your next car purchase. You can really tell it is a family owned dealership and that they care about you and your experience. Thanks so much Magic Matt! We are so happy with our new wrangler and can’t wait to take it on some road trips.

A wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Kathy was awesome. I felt like I was talking to a friend not a salesperson. I would definitely go back to purchase a vehicle from them again in the future.

Julian was absolutely amazing. He helped me decide the SUV that fits my lifestyle. This is my first time leasing a car with jeep, and I am so happy I decided to come to Meadowland of Carmel. The process was quick and easy and I was able to take home my new SUV within a day of test driving. I highly recommend them for all of your car needs!

The purchase of the car was a wonderful experience with Magic Matt. However, upon a routine oil change, I was told that I needed the heat shield re attached because it was held on by one single screw. Additionally, Carfax has no record of any service being completed on the vehicle!! I went back to meadowland for service. I was told they would order the screws and re-attach the part ASAP. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them since, despite my own follow up call the very next week. I guess once the sale was complete, that was when their Care for the customer ended. Very disappointing.

I would not recommend this service to anyone, in fact I would strongly discourage anyone to use them. They could not fix my 4Xe and they don’t seem to care that it’s a safety recall, the Jeep has already stalled on my son while he was driving on the highway after barely 3 months of buying it, thankfully he was not hurt. We have scheduled and taken it there multiple times for a recall and once they just sent my son home because they said that the technician that knows the problem is not there.They don’t value your time. If this Jeep malfunctions before they fix it pr anytime after that, I would sue this dealership and Jeep for negligence.
