Asked them to diagnose an AC issue. They charged me $225 to tell me I needed a new compressor. Be weary of going here or ask to be up front on diagnostic costs…no other place I’ve been to does business this way.

Used them for my oil changes. Everything was fine until I realized they don't don't top off fluids, let alone even check them while under the hood. If topping them off isn't something they want to do, it would definitely be a nice gesture to at least tell the customer that they were low on something. You're under there anyways. They also left oily hand marks on the outside driver door, on my seat and on my steering wheel. Also, I brought my truck in because my radiator fan was constantly running high and I had intermittent heat. I also had a weird noise that would randomly happen at higher speeds in my right front wheel. I told them what I thought was wrong with my radiator based on what my dad guessed from my description which was possibly a new thermostat. They diagnosed the problem as: me needing a new thermostat and new coolant and me needing new brakes and rotors even though I recently had them done. Price was over $500. I declined. I ended up figuring out on my own days later that I was just out of coolant. Filled it and the issue with that was fixed. Never figured out my wheel issue. Doesn't even seem like they tried to figure out the issue. Their estimate was based on what I told them I thought it was. Even though they are so convenient, I will not let them touch any of my vehicles after that.

Took my car in for an inspection was told i had a hole in my exhaust that needed welding. Approved welding and next day I had a rattling coming from under the car brought it back and after 2 hours was told it was all good. Rattling noise happened again next day brought back again and once again told it was good for the noise to happen again on ride home. In total had to bring the car back 4 times to then be told its my drive train conveniently right near where the welding was done. When asked about the strange coincidence of them welding my car and next day a rattling noise happening all the owner would say is "I dont know what to tell you sometime these things happen" Waste of my time and money will never recommend again
