“I was recently put into an extremely stressful situation when a phone I used for two jobs was lost at a job site. Britany was able to get me set up quickly and without hassle with a new phone and what I needed. Unfortunately my old phone wasn’t backing up data, so I hadn’t been able to recover any photos/apps/data etc and no fault of the store’s, but new phones are quite costly, and Verizon requires a trade in to get a discounted upgrade. Working that night at the same site, my old phone was recovered and luckily it still worked well enough to trade in. I met with Brittany again, who was able to get me the best trade in value for it and saved me a TON of money, plus helped to upgrade my plan and to further set up my new phone to make sure that everything was good. We were able to transfer everything over and I was able to breathe a huge sigh of relief. THANK YOU Mahopac Verizon and especially Brittany for making a very challenging situation manageable and stress-free, and in the end work out for the best. Can’t thank you enough, tons of gratitude.”

“Atlantic Appliance gave my 95 year old mother top service. Upon our request, the person who delivered a microwave to her unboxed it, set it up and took away the old machine. A few days later, my mother requested that someone come out to show her how to work the microwave since she has vision problems etc. A service person was dispatched the next day. Also, when my mother thought the microwave might be broken, they offered to replace it right away. Ultimately, the machine was fine and no replacement was necessary. Such excellent and considerate service was much appreciated.”

“Stumbled across this place and decided to take a walk inside. Spent about 10 min with the owner Louie talking about a few different items he had. I showed him a picture of a Fender Vintera II in Lake Placid Blue, and he offered me about 15% more than 4 other shops! I've since bought and sold numerous items with Louie and have never felt that I was on the losing end of any deal we made. If you're looking for an HONEST shop that won't try to shake you down, then this is the place.”
