I’ve used Owen for all my car repairs and servicing since I moved to Carmel in 2016. No complaints only praise! The work is always done quickly and most importantly honestly. On more than one occasion I brought my car there thinking I needed service. After he inspected my vehicle he told me that I didn’t need it and I went on my way! Can’t argue with that!8

Owner SCREAMED at my mother for simply stopping her car to ask where she should park her car that was to be serviced. Guy went absolutely ballistic, cursing, screaming and shaking at my mother
The owner has a record of being disrespectful to everyone, especially women. T&J is down the road, cheaper, faster and certainly more respectful. Don’t give this head case a penny. If you want to see a grown man scream and cry, simply exist in his presence

The dealership quoted me a price of over $12,000 to repair several issues on my vehicle. Owen repaired all of them for less than half the quote I received, and in a timely and professional manner. I have known Owen for many years, and he has always given me honest service at a fair price.

I have been going to Owens for eight years. Yesterday I brought my car in for an oil change when I got home I noticed that some thing was missing off The car . Took my car back and told him . He got nasty, arrogant, yelling, disrespectful. I’m a 47 year old working Mom and the way he talked to me I will never return . He lost a customer.

I am not a doctor but my personal opinion is Owen needs psychiatric help. I was going to buy an older car as a second car and asked Owen to look at it before purchase. After hanging around his shop I asked him if I could leave the car and it's owner while I leave for an appt. He started yelling and telling me he doesn't need my business. I also heard him yelling at two elderly women. I will never go back and take this man's abuse and would advise everyone else to stay away and go elsewhere.

Employee added GAS to truck that clearly says diesel on the side!!! They also added GAS into my diesel chipper!!!. Again right underneath the cap says diesel fuel only!!! Wont take responsibility of refueling my vehicles after having to dump all the fuel out of both my truck and woodchipper. Attendent was a spanish worker, will need to pursue further actions if my injectors go on them…. Dont recommend coming here, guy can’t read even though it clearly says diesel only… Began blaming us, thankfully we saw but he had already added fuel to both of our equipment… All i asked for was to fix whats right and he didn’t want to…
