There are rats in this store. The employees are really nice but the rats ruin it. I am pretty sure there are health and safety violations going on and I'm disappointed that the management isn't doing anything to help.

There seemed to be a rat infestation when I was in the other day looking to buy some treats for my dog. I do not want anything of this cleanliness anywhere near me or my pets. Please do something as this is the closest pet store to my home.

I was in there the other day and there was a lady shopping with her 2 dogs on a leash. As the lady headed to the register to pay for an item one of her dogs accidentally peed at the base of the aisle....The cashier witnessed the event and started berating and blaming the lady because her dog accidentally peed on the floor. The customer bless her heart offered to clean the accident as she stood there. I found the cashiers attitude to be rude and unjustified especially from someone trying to support that business by shopping there. I hope the employees get some training on dealing with pet accidents at that store.

Our shepard is 7yrs old and recently became ours when the owner passed away. Thank goodness my local CP (David) was knowledgeable about the breed and our needs.I only go to Choice Pet in Carmel, NY ?

I volunteer with a rescue group who uses this location for their adoption events. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the store is clean and stocked.

Very expensive and terrible customer service. The last two times I’ve been into this store the employee doesn’t even bother to get off his phone or stand up from sitting against the window. Shelves are not organized and the price tags on the shelves don’t mean anything. Both products I tried to by were $15 more then it said and when I brought it to the employees attention he told me the barcodes don’t match even though the tag said exactly what the product was and the product was right underneath the tag. After showing him the price and telling him I’m not paying an extra $15 he told me “you do you” and walked to the front of the store. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

The store has a very wide selection of pet products mostly for dogs and cats. The store hours are very convenient.

Their store hours say 8:00 a.m. they open on Saturday it's now almost 9:00 and they're not open they need to change their hours
