  All of the therapists at the Carmel site were so helpful,patient and kind. They made my difficult recovery from surgery a pleasant experience. I would recommend them highly.

  I went to Center for Physical Therapy after a foot surgery. A coworker suggested them and I was grateful that they got me in for my first appointment within 2 days! I was then able to get all my appointments set, without having to wait. The entire Carmel staff were welcoming and motivating. I worked with Gary and he taught me the stretches I need to do to recovery and spent individual time with me each session to work on my foot. I would definitely recommend them!

  I am only reviewing their appointments desk, which is actually somewhere else. I tried to call to make an appointment to begin my physical therapy, but was unable to do so. The lady who answers the phone is breathtakingly rude. She insulted me multiple times, and then went on to rudely explain that if I missed an appointment, I would be charged $50, and they were very "strict." I explained that I do not generally miss any appointments, but I do not pay for work that is not performed, as it is the law. In any case, I determined that anywhere this rude would not receive my patronage, and took my business elsewhere.
