We have been having our car serviced here since moving to Carmel almost 5 yrs ago. My late husband was an Automotive Technician. Since his passing 24 yrs ago, I can't tell you how many repair shops screwed up the vehicles I've had over those years, & how much I was overcharged. Sadly women are taken advantage of if they lack knowledge about car repairs and cars in general! Not this shop. Joe is HONEST, kind and very accommodating, & his repairs are reasonable! He recently helped me out of a real bind. I appreciate him, his brother John & his entire staff. They are awesome. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Much appreciation guys. God bless you! Marlene & Michael

These guys are pros! Full disclosure, I am a relative but also speak with firsthand knowledge of their experience, expertise and integrity. I live out of state and for practical reasons get my car serviced by local NJ establishments; Sometimes the dealer. At the suggestion of Joe at Advanced Automotive, I keep a detailed log of service and mileage (by car) to ensure scheduled maintenance is followed. Recently, I had a tire patched at my local NJ dealer. The dealer presented a report card of other items to service. With my log, I could decipher some upselling! This is never something patrons need be concerned with at Advanced Automove of Carmel, NY. You can expect a long term relationship with the highest integrity. I give them Five Stars with conviction!

I am very happy with the quality of service and workmanship provided by Joe and his team at Advanced Automotive. I highly recommend this shop. They worked on my 40 year old vintage Pininfarina Spider and the car is performing better now than it ever has. Fair prices, good communication, expert service-- what more can you ask for ? Don't bring your car anywhere else for service/repair if you are in the Carmel/Holmes area, or even if you're not!Services: Auto exhaust system replacement

If you live in the Carmel/ Holmes area this us where you need to go to have your vehicle serviced. Joe and hus team are expert and can do the job well and at a reasonable price. They did major suspension work on my 40 year old foreign car and the car rides like new. BTW I think the guy who fave one star for poor service probably was talking about Advanced Auto ( the Auto Zone type store) which is up the street from Joe's Advanced Auotomotive.
