Excellent service. A friend from out of town ran over a big rock in our driveway and had a fluid leak as a result. Advanced Automotive saw her immediately with no appointment, diagnosed the problem (broken wiper fluid container) and told her exactly what to ask her local mechanic to do to fix it when she gets home in a few days. All for no charge! Outstanding!

The whole team there are great guys, knowledgeable, fair and thorough. Joe has helped me out of bind a few times. I only go here after seeing quite a few hack mechanics before finding these guys. Definitely recommended.

Ommggg. I just moved back to the NY area from Virginia and needed my car inspected. Joe was MOST accommodating even though he was booked for weeks ahead. He was very patient, professional and whatta multitasker!! I was in and out in 20 minutes!! Thank you Joe for making it a painLESS experience in my journey back to Carmel, NY!!

We have been having our car serviced here since moving to Carmel almost 5 yrs ago. My late husband was an Automotive Technician. Since his passing 24 yrs ago, I can't tell you how many repair shops screwed up the vehicles I've had over those years, & how much I was overcharged. Sadly women are taken advantage of if they lack knowledge about car repairs and cars in general! Not this shop. Joe is HONEST, kind and very accommodating, & his repairs are reasonable! He recently helped me out of a real bind. I appreciate him, his brother John & his entire staff. They are awesome. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Much appreciation guys. God bless you! Marlene & Michael

These guys are pros! Full disclosure, I am a relative but also speak with firsthand knowledge of their experience, expertise and integrity. I live out of state and for practical reasons get my car serviced by local NJ establishments; Sometimes the dealer. At the suggestion of Joe at Advanced Automotive, I keep a detailed log of service and mileage (by car) to ensure scheduled maintenance is followed. Recently, I had a tire patched at my local NJ dealer. The dealer presented a report card of other items to service. With my log, I could decipher some upselling! This is never something patrons need be concerned with at Advanced Automove of Carmel, NY. You can expect a long term relationship with the highest integrity. I give them Five Stars with conviction!
