First year here was great, then somebody moved stuff into a unit next to mine that smells like cat piss. The stench is so bad you can barely walk in and out of my unit without gagging. Tried contacting somebody on multiple occasions but it’s like they don’t exist. I just wanted to switch units and still stay with the same company but that’s obviously not an option because nobody answers emails or phone calls here.

I emptied my storage unit before the 12 of the month. I just found out that I have to continue to pay for the unit for another 45 days. This doesn’t make any sense. The unit is empty now and could quickly be rented out again. now it’s going to sit empty for 45 days. This is just wrong. Just so you know, I left the unit nice and clean. I hope I get my security deposit back.

The ice at and around the front of the storage units could be A LOT better maintained. Just about everyone that helped my wife and I unload a moving truck and put our stuff into a 10'×20' storage unit about busted their assess everytime we took things out of the moving truck and put things inside the unit. Other than that it was clean and the place isn't hard to find.

This place will screw you over! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! Also the lady you speak to if you have any questions or anything, is rude! HORRIBLE customer service!

We have only had storage here for a short while but so far no problems, the unit is clean, there is sufficient lighting, the only recommendation I could make is to find a way to fix the spot in the back that is being washed out by the rain but it doesn't seem to effect the ability to access any of the storage lockers. And the prices are better then others in the area.

I know I'm a bit late with my review but the folks at Buffo storage have been great. I recently sold my house and they got me set up right over the phone. After a long day of moving I apparently locked myself out of my own unit. These folks came over after 9 pm on a Saturday, got me back in and a new lock. Very helpful after a long and stressful day. The units are very clean and the location is easy to get to. Thanks again!

We needed a large storage area to hold household items before our move out of state. The storage area here was clean, safe, and the monthly charge was so much less than others we looked at. Auto payments were easy, so no forgetting to pay. Very happy to have been a customer.

I would like to start by thanking Shawn and Lisa for all the help. I wasn't sure if my boat would fit so they offered to hold a unit until I was able to get there and make sure my boat would fit and it did Lisa then helped me set up the rental agreement and showed me how to apply my payment. Later I played in full for the time I needed the unit and called Lisa to make sure everything was alright she then got back to me a very short time later and confirmed all was correct. When I took my boat out of the unit Shawn was there and offered to help me and gave me a check on the spot for my deposit I was very pleased with the entire process and the unit and would highly recommend them to anyone

Just moved up from Connecticut. I needed a storage unit right away and found this place. The storage unit was very clean and in a safe area has good lighting at night time. Prices are very reasonable.The owners were very nice and reliable if you ever have any questions or concerns. If I ever need to use a storage unit again, I would go back to this place and will recommend this place to a friend or family member.
