Just too slow, only one teller at 3pm on Thursday. Couldn’t believe it, many tellers there, none of them can help me to do wire transfer. Wait for an hour to do a wire transfer.

They had no customer service people at lunchtime, the busiest time. I waited 20 minutes. Also, I have several bank accounts since I moved. Chase, Citibank, TD, Santander & Bank of America. They needed my drivers license and a credit card sometimes registration or mail for change of address verification. Wells Fargo does not accept these credentials... ??? Then one lady was closing her account... she said they are the worst bank she encountered. I wonder how they stay in business.

I came to close my account and they basically wouldn't let me. They said I would have had to wait hours. This is ridiculous. If they reply to this comment, I don't care about your crocodile tears. Fix the situation by letting customers close their account without waiting hours! Other banks let tellers close accounts in minutes. There's no reason why I should wait hours for a "banker" (who is just a teller) for such a simple transaction that requires referring to the teller anyway. It's a manufactured inconvenience entirely the fault of Wells Fargo. Also, the Indian teller lady at first stated it was possible to empty account then call to get it closed. But I kept asking why I couldn't close it. She became rude to me and then when I asked her about the option to close out the account by phone, she suddenly reverse course and said it wouldn't be possible. I then went to a different Wells Fargo nearby and they emptied my account and told me to call, which then got my account closed. so that lady at this location basically purposefully decided to give me bad customer service to try and harm me because she did not want to serve me. Really unprofessional and disgusting.

Very poor experience. When presented legal documentation of guardianship to manage my mom’s account (who has been declared legally incapacitated due to early onset Alzheimer’s disease), access to accounts was refused. Although this is not a legal requirement, it was demanded that:1) an official sealed document was required (copies are acceptable)2) the request must be made in person3) the incapacitated person needed to be present (???)4) requests must be made at the branch where the account was openedWhile the people at the branch were helpful, however no one from the corporate office would even answer a phone call. My sister drove an hour (each way) to be refused access to be able to pay my mother’s bills - namely the mortgage that is also held by Wells Fargo. This is also after being informed of the hows and why’s and presented with legal documentation.I believe this is the first review I have posted in 15+ years of being a google user, and I do hope it is my last.If you are interested in opening an account, please take your money elsewhere. Let an organization who will treat you like a person make money off the interest on your assets… because if you did happen to find yourself in a situation where you needed something back from your loyalty as a customer, you will not get it back from this bank.

I love this Wells Fargo branch. This is one of the only Wells Fargo branches in Nassau county that still offers in-branch services during Covid-19, like making a deposit without being forced to use drive-through, meeting a banker without needing to set an appointment, and an inside ATM so you don't need to worry about bad weather or unsafe surroundings. I also really enjoyed being assisted by the teller, Shannet. She was quick to notice me, called me toward her, and showed true etiquette from beginning to end.

I came into this branch to make a mortgage payment on my deceased moms account when the banker assisted me she was helpful to guide me what to do! I forgot her name and sorry I couldn't give her fives stars even though she was willing to assist me! I do give zero stars after the service Manager refused to help me make an appointment and after taking my payment toward my mother mortgage! He loudly and nastily told me to go online to schedule An appointment with the banker another day even though the banker was on the phone at that moment making an appointment for another guest and just hung up! This was @11:55 pm and the branch closes at 12 pm on Saturday! I only wanted to make an appointment with the banker for another day as I was there already! This service manager name is Kevin Rodriguez! He was completely rude, obnoxious, and in my opinion isn't worth keeping employed to sweep the floor never mind managing others and the money he watches over! I again reiterated to him I just wanted to make an appointment for another day with the banker whom was not busy at that moment! He basically refused to give me his card until I refused to leave until I spoke with the manager! That is when he stated he was the Manager! I then asked him if he was the branch Manager and he quickly changed his tune and said no and only after I got nowhere I asked for the branch Managers name so I can speak with him or her it took three tries until he divulged a name! wether it is real or not I will find out when I call the branch first thing Monday morning! After I got his card and a branch managers name this was @ 11:57 pm I then left and as I walked out the door he locks the doors! If you have your money in this branch and he is the manager there I highly recommend you change banks!
