The Indian woman staff is so rude here. She wouldn’t let me send music album through media mail and I don’t know why. She doesn’t believe me that it’s album inside. What’s on the earth that she don’t believe a customer just because she think I might send something else?I already told her that it’s a music album inside several times.

both were so rude,were annoying about the amount of packages we were bringing.Very noisy and also mean.WOULD NOT recommend for customer service unless you wanna have disrespect thrown when all that should be happening is delivery

Staff is extremely rude. The 2 women there are condescending and dismissive. The line is slow moving, none of the pens work and forms are not in designated areas. Horrible.

The staff here are very unfriendly. Let’s send an email. They don’t provide any tape for us to solve by ourselves, but the people who come in later may provide it if they know it. They are very unfriendly. I hate them. They will give U.S. Postal Service is ashamed!

The Indian woman who works here is always rude for no reason. I need to confirm her name next time. Last time I went to drop off some prepaid packages I waited on line and asked her for ONE label holder for a package. She told me "no, these are for us you have to pay for it" mind you these labels are FREE on the USPS site. Today I shipped a book with media mail and padded the package with packaging bubbles to prevent damage to the hard cover, she looked at me accusingly and asked "What's in this?" I told her that she can feel the book through the packaging and she tells me that they will likely open the package to check the contents. After the exchange I fully expect her to have flagged my package to be opened and investigated.

This has to be the most unprofessional post office I've ever been to. Jenga or something and Hina don't go to them. They made me wait in line 3 times in one visit. They also made sure to tell me that I do not have to use that location for future shipments.

Worst experience for passport appointment for my infant. We were 5 minutes late and they refused to process our application. The two workers Hina and Jeena were horrible. Hina told us to wait for Jeena who was processing someone else’s passport (the appointment scheduled after us) and after 10 minutes when Jeena was done she just took the next customer. Didn't acknowledge us or even explain that it could not be done today. So I approached her counter and she completely blew me off- stated she already took the last customer, that she never spoke to us, didnt even know why we were there. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. No explanation, no apology and no instructions on what to do next. Hina joined in in the rudeness by insisting we were late. This was totally unnecessary and a complete waste of time. When we walked in they could've just told us we’d have to reschedule or when Jeena was done she couldve then explained. But no, instead she acted like we were invisible and then was incredibly rude when we demanded an explanation. Dont waste your time here- go elsewhere. It was hard enough trying to get a decent passport photo done of an infant and then we had to deal with this. NEVER AGAIN!

I think you'd probably have a good experience at any post office outside of Brooklyn. That being said this was my second or third time at a post office in LI. I had a great experience at this (Carle Place) post office yesterday. The postal worker was very polite and patient as she handled all the mail I had to send out. The office is very clean and inviting (again, if you've been at post offices in Brooklyn you definitely can make the comparison). I came in the early afternoon on a weekday and found a lot of street parking.
