Bringing my dog to the martial arfs for private sessions was one of the best things I could’ve done for her. The trainers did everything perfectly. They are genuine, warm, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. My dog loved them and I couldn’t thank them enough for such an amazing experience!!

Our experience thus far has been great. Jeris was pleasant and thoroughly explained what Jasmine needed for rehab. Rachel has been wonderful working with Jasmine who has been showing improved strength every week. A good investment for our dog's health and wellbeing.

This is a great place to bring your dog for training. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their love for animals is apparent and everything they do. My dog just loves going there.

My dog has hip dysplasia and arthritis and the sessions have truly been so helpful! Bonus is that he really enjoys the sessions and leaves very enriched. The staff is amazing, patient & knowledgeable. Def recommend this both to bond with your dog as well as improve their overall health!

I had to reschedule my first evaluation appointment for our dog and we confirmed with them for 2/4 at 11 AM. When we got there we were told it's for 2/11 and then I showed the representative the email where they confirmed for 2/4 at 11 AM. She then said we had to reschedule because they already had someone for 11 AM that was using the pool. I said I would call back because we travelled over a hour for this even though she said we could come back at 1:30 PM. We decided to just wait and after trying to get in contact with them multiple times, I finally got a call back that we could definitely come back at 1:30 PM. So we waited. A little bit before 1:30 pm, about 5 minutes before, I started to get out of the car so we could head inside. I was told by the owner (just found out he was the owner by our friend) that I had to wait a little while longer because there was a class in the front. After waiting some more, someone else went in and they didn't have a problem that they were there so I headed in to see how much longer we had to wait outside. I was then told to come inside with our dog by one employee. While waiting, the owner look annoyed that we were now inside. He told us to go to the back where the pool area was and to wait there. As we waited for a while in the back, a trainer told us to now wait in the service entrance until they were ready for us because she had a lesson going on back there and I guess we were bothering them. I told her how we have been waiting basically all day for this and she got the owner to come meet us in the service entrance. When he finally came to the back he told us that they were accommodating us so we had to be patient. No apologies for their error was ever offered, no sense of urgency to try to take care of us as potential new members. Nothing. He didn't even care to hear us out, he just walked away as if this were all our fault and he couldn't deal. TLDR; this place has HORRIBLE customer service. Don't bother coming here.

I have purchased 16 classes to train our new puppy (10months). Based on the first few sessions, we are new to owning a dog and appreciate the professional trainers. They are patient and work with your specific needs. I recommend.

Ellen is a great trainer !She is very enthusiastic and I can see an improvement in my dogs’ swimming ability which is important for keeping them safe around the waterThey are Doxies and unfortunately not the most athletic but they are enjoying the swimming!

I was very confident with how Jeris spoke with us about his philosophy, his staff, and very impressed with his approach, knowledge and ability to connect with my dog. He made us feel welcome, and that we were definitely in a place that will be beneficial all around. We can't wait to get started!
