“I think you'd probably have a good experience at any post office outside of Brooklyn. That being said this was my second or third time at a post office in LI. I had a great experience at this (Carle Place) post office yesterday. The postal worker was very polite and patient as she handled all the mail I had to send out. The office is very clean and inviting (again, if you've been at post offices in Brooklyn you definitely can make the comparison). I came in the early afternoon on a weekday and found a lot of street parking.”

“This review is long overdue. We used Number 1 Auto Transport to transport 2 cars from NJ to FL about 18 mos ago, and they were excellent. We called a handful of companies, and most inspired zero confidence - they were either slick salespeople or downright shady. I never spoke to the same person twice. Number 1, on the other hand, really was #1! Brian was terrific - he was straightforward and always accessible, explaining everything clearly so there were no surprises. He addressed all of our concerns without any doubletalk and communication was excellent every step of the way. We really appreciated him/his team being able to accommodate us during a very busy season with very short notice. Managing an out-of-state move can be very stressful but Brian made sure our car transport was seamless!”

“Ok…so I live literally a 5 min walk to the Long Beach UPS….BUT that being said, I have NEVER been in Long Beach without them trying to scam me into buying a box for a delivery that does not need a box! The staff at Long Beach is very nice but they say the owner is the one who tries to scam people!

“I had the first time passport application here. showed up little early than the appointment time. No lines. Shayne was the clerk who took care of my application, very professional and with lots of patience. The process was quick, around 15 minutes. There's 15 minutes street parking in front of the post office, and 1 hour parking in the area. I had no problem with finding parking.”

The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. “Mr. Craig is excellent! He helped carry my packages in from the car, boxed and taped everything up with care. My mom(who’s known him for at least 10 years) has also sent me several packages using Mr. Craig and everything always came how it left the store. He is very honest and does not cheat the customer. When I am back home I will never use the Post Office or UPS again to ship. I will say he does not have a barcode scanner, you have to come with a label or a label on the package.”
“It's the best place to apply for a passport. I arrived a day before my appointment to pick up a form, and the people there are so kind and polite. The next day, I arrived with my son to apply for his passport, and Jazmin is such a kind person. She helped me with everything and was so patient when taking my son's photo.
