We arrived unsure if we were buying or just browsing. Colleen Karlack greeted us and listened to what had happened to our old set. She checked to see if there was a chance it was still under warranty. Unfortunately it had expired in February. She spent a lit of time with us as we looked at all the power sets and helped us find what would work perfectly in our livingroom. Will definitely refer people not only to Raymour & Flanigan but tell them to work with Colleen.

I am not one to write reviews but I had such a positive experience with my salesperson, Jade, yesterday so here I am! Jade’s knowledge and expertise were so evident and her genuine personality made me feel very comfortable immediately. There was no pressure and she helped me with furnishing my new co op in a way that I know I will enjoy for years to come!

Store was great. Worked well with us. The delivery was different. One driver was rude and acted like he was doing us a favor. The other man was nice. It was like a mad rush. Plus we tipped them 40 they could have and should have been a little nicer. It was just 2 mattresses and only 1 box spring and metal frame with a pillow.

Ro was fantastic to work with … she was knowledgeable about the products. She made herself available for questions. Most important - she was not aggressive in her sales (we went to a few stores and it was difficult to shop because the sales reps were on top of us the entire time). Overall I highly recommend.

Worked with Mr Hall, he was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to look up a previous sofa purchase and help match chairs. Would definitely work with him again.

Just wanted to give a huge amount of gratitude to Anthony Alvarez of the Carle Place store! My mom has been painstakingly looking for a mattress that could suite her particular needs. When we walked in, we were immediately warmly greeted by many of the staff, including Anthony himself. One thing that stood out right away was how Anthony wanted to find a solution, not sell a cookie cutter product. His words “customer service is everything.” It’s no shock how he got to where he is today. He is a fantastic manager and asset. Incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. I could also tell his staff truly respects and appreciates him. I have been to other furniture places, but this will be my new go to. Thank you! You made my mom very happy and presented her with a lot of listening and kindness. She’s a now very happy customer!

Just got a new sectional here and it was such a seamless process. My partner and I came in around 7:30PM (best time to go to a showroom if you want a seamless and uninterrupted experience) and Rachelle was on the floor and I approached her with a couch we had pre-selected as the reason we went to this location and Rachelle knew exactly where it was in the showroom (this showroom is massive btw) saving us a lot of time trying to scour the floor looking for a needle in a haystack. Rachelle was so sweet and professional. She wasn’t trying to shill us anything we weren’t looking for and was very pleasant to talk to. She got the floor manager to assist with our purchase and we were in and out within 35 minutes. Go here and see Rachelle.

Shak was very attentive to our needs, he helped us in finding the perfect sofa. He also went as far as getting us a discount. He advised us on how to clean the furniture as well as the warranty. I loved everything about the process.
