Its a cool vibe. The women's bathroom could be cleaned more often. Every time I enter the bathroom its tissue and paper towels on the floor.
The equipment is usually available, and plentiful. I did not like that the 30sec clock in the circuit station was missing. Or maybe they removed that option, because I saw 2 private like areas where weight training was occurring, which is something we don't have at my smaller gym.
I like that you can use the black card amenities by scanning your card and selecting your time on the computer. Cool feature.

Many machines are broken. Ppl just park on the machines that do work. Staff don't care. Paper towels are often empty

There's no problem with the cleaner being a man, but he's also responsible for the women's changing room! It's ridiculous that he comes in with a vacuum cleaner while you're showering! Post a notice about the cleaning time in advance is EASY!

I recently left a review for Carley Place Planet Fitness regarding the need to refill cleaning stations and maintain cleanliness in the women’s bathrooms. To my surprise, someone from the gym actually called me back to address these concerns and assured me they would work on it. It’s rare to see such proactive customer service, and it really impressed me. I didn’t expect my review to make a difference, but their prompt response and commitment to improvement were amazing. I’ll definitely be returning and will recommend Planet Fitness to all my family and friends. Thank you, Planet Fitness!

Machines are always broken, bathrooms are consistently disgusting. Bars are hogged. Weights are slammed. Loud.

The absolute worst planet fitness in Nassau county, the issue is space; staff and cleanliness are alright, but there is nothing worse than walking into the gym and walking out. How is it that every single machine for chest, triceps, back, legs and bicep are taken along with all dumbbells gone. If you want to workout between 3:30PM and 9PM don’t bother wasting your time. Even the cardio machines are swarmed with people.

Hello good morning everyone, if you pay for a membership and you can supposedly take your partner, here on this planet fitness, they denied my partner the use of some machines, which why does not have a membership, so why do they put in carrying a companion, if he can not make use of the entire facility, customer service is lousy, the machines are. I would love a cell phone number to talk to directly, since I can't really write everything down, what happened, I repeat, not all the staff there are bad, but there should be changes, in terms of customer service.

I had an unpleasant visit to this location. I am a long-time customer of Planet Fitness, and my daughter is an employee of Planet Fitness. So I was very much dissatisfied when I wasn't greeting upon entering. Cleanliness of the restroom could be better. When I went to the counter to use the massage chair, I had to say hello 3 times before this young employee responded while having his headphones in sitting down. He was melancholy and conducted himself as if I was annoying him. I live in Texas, and I don't have to put in a schedule time to use a chair. But even while I've been in NYC, everyone I have asked at all the other planet fitness as well as this one just did it for me. So I didn't get my massage, and I walked out.
