What a great store! This is my new discovery of the TJX family. I felt like "a kid in a candy store!" There is such a variety of items for the home; you'll fill up your wagon with abandon! I found incredible things for my home at prices I couldn't believe (and that's from someone who buys everything on Amazon!). You will discover decorative items from "I never thought of it before!" to "Why did I wait this long to buy it?" And you'll have so much fun doing it! Besides, the employees are thoughtful and helpful. You will love it!!

Love love love everything this store has to offer. This store is considered my happy place. Prices are reasonable for the amount of items they sell. Customer service always 5 stars. Staff always helpful. I call this place my retail therapy. I go in there for 2 things come out with more then I expected to buy .******* stars

Poor poor poor customer experience!!
ONE single checkout register open and 10-12 people backed up on line and when requesting another employee open up a 2nd register we were practically brushed aside.

I absolutely love this store. They have beautiful furniture. In comparison to homegoods, this is has way more indoor and outdoor furniture and big lighting fixtures and rugs. This is really the store to go to for main furnishings, not just decorative. But they do have incredible holiday/seasonal decorations. If you certainly do the heavy lifting and bring the large items home yourself but they also contract out to a third party that you can arrange for pick up and delivery too. This store has beautiful mirrors and wall art too. It's easier to find multiple pieces of things here, unlike homegoods where you'll find only one. So things like matching chairs, wall art, mirrors, lamps that you need multiples of, this is where to go.

There's always just one or two cashiers working even though the line is always long. The short, white older woman who I assume is the manager was rude towards me and others customers the last time I was here and I genuinely believe it was racially motivated. In the middle of the transaction, she randomly left to do something else. I saw her do it again to another customer after me. She didn't seem to know how to properly communicate or control the flow of the line. She was all over the place.

Everyone else was very helpful however the manager of this Store, her name was Terry. She is very rude and does not know how to speak to customers. She is not suitable for this job. If you do not like your work place, please do not work there.
