The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and the price was right. There is also a beautiful garden in the center area.

Retraction.....
Handicap accessible room required for me. Had to ask for shower seat which was promptly given. Rooms are small, wheelchair accessible 1 side of bed only, refrigerator almost inaccessible.
Rooms: Small and could use upgrading

After leaving the plainview holiday inn location to rush here we were exhausted frustrated and tired. Nisarg at this location was nothing but great to my husband and I. He went above and beyond and did not have too! Thank you so much for making our evening so great!

The front desk agents are friendly, professional and efficient. Bridget is absolutely fantastic and charismatic. All of the ladies at the front desk are super attentive and it is so pleasant to be checked in and out by such welcoming agents. Thank you so much!
Rooms: Excellent size rooms, great mattress and bedding with spotless rooms. Luxurious Dove products offered. The cleaning staff is extraordinary.
Walkability: Great location to shopping center, stores, and eating establishment including familiar fast food chains.

The room we stayed in is nice but a bit dirty.
It smelt fresh Overall we had a good time in it, the restaurants food wasn’t too good but the people who served us was really nice and gave me a surprise drink on the way out! I’m not sure what happened to the pool but I’m very disappointed that they took it down. I was very much looking forward to going swimming all thought they did add some fun little toys for the kids and other activities in that area. The people that gave us our room number was super kind they even asked politely if we wanted some water it was free! Wasn’t super shoked with this hotel but the people are very nice! Thank you ?

This hotel was just ok. It was clean but the rooms are pretty small. The fire alarms went off early in the morning more than once making it very hard to get a good night sleep. I can say the two employees working the front desk were very nice and helpful, as well as the housekeeping staff.

I use IHG hotels for work all the time I'm a Gold level. Spend $1,000's per month traveling for work. One of the worst 2 nights I've spent with my family. Terrible breakfast that is way over priced and dirty. Plus you get a nice fire alarm ever hour starting at 3:00am. Helps wake up the family especially if u have little ones. Stay away! Book down the street don't stay here! I usually don't write reviews but after talking to the staff (no help from them) I felt the need to warn others.

This Holiday Inn is my First choice whenever I visit Longisland. It's one of the best Holiday Inn.
Clean and smell nice. Staff is good too.
