Occasionally I get home delivery and one person stands out. Joe is one of the most compassionate, honest and kind hearted people I have met. You're lucky to have such an amazing person representing your company.

More than half of the products I buy here do not work right out of box. If you buy 10 oils, 6 won't work. You only have 7 days to get a refund and if you are like me who buys a few weeks of their garbage at one time, you are guaranteed to get screwed. This is the biggest rip off for pot in the world. $40 to $60 for one gram of weed?
Don't buy any discounted items. If they don't work it's too bad for you. That's straight from curaleafs mouth. I was literally told, these items are going to expire soon, what do you expect? I expect truth in advertising because at no point of purchase is there any indication these products are sold as is. I used my points for this purchase which was thrown in my face. An employee that I thought was a nice kid told me, you only paid $3 for the whole order. Cuz I had $150 in points. Offering customer loyalty points for returning business should never be used against the customer in a spiteful or shameful manner. Once this happened I gave up on trying to be politically correct. "I only paid $3 for the whole order"????? Ok. So I should shut my mouth and be thankfull or something buddy??? I spend almost $1k a month for those points which you can stick up your a&& after today.

Update 11/2024 they have gotten better with getting you in and out. But
They need to increase the flower stock. Their Queens store has more variety and more flower stock. This store is always running out of products especiallywhen they have a sale or promotion going on. That just plain bad business strategy.

I always leave absolutely amazed at the kindness, patience, knowledge, and friendliness of the staff.
This is the only store, in my life, where I've arrived, inquired about a sale I saw the day before, only to be informed that's it no longer valid because there's a better sale available. Utterly brilliant.
Two fellows stand out each time I've shopped there in the last year and they are particularly awesome - I always have amazing chats with them about the general awesomeness of their store, culture, and music.

The staff there are absolutely wonderful, helpful and just great.
The DM should give the entire staff/store in Carle Lace a well deserved raise and do good by these people. Micheal & Sebastian are especially great and the others (I’m so sorry I just forgot their names),but they are fantastic too!
