She kept me in the loop the entire time and took care of every last detail. I’ve never worked with a broker before but I think I found the best one around! My son recently leased a new Toyota through CarJoy. From start to finish, Lindsay was super helpful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. She even went above and beyond to pick up his old plates for him so I didn't have to go out of my way. I high recommend Lindsay and CarJoy and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had a great experience working with Alexa Harlem at Carjoy. She was extremely proactive and really worked hard with her contacts at dealerships to get a deal done. She took a lot of stress out of the car buying process and made everything east. Highly recommend working with her.

Going to car dealers and negotiating with the sales reps and then their managers is time consuming. Once you know what vehicle you want, the color, the trim line etc, give your shopping list to the pro’s at Car Joy. Ester and her hard working team found me the exact vehicle I asked for in a very timely manner and for savings of $50/month lower than the best deal I was able to negotiate at several dealerships on an upgraded model that had extra bells & whistles, above and beyond my “must haves”. Car Joy also makes the paperwork easy and delivers the vehicle to the location of your choice when it’s convenient for you. They also took care of managing my lease return. The entire process was seamless and easy. Our family will be looking to return another lease before year end and we will no doubt be trusting Car Joy to help us get into our next vehicle at the best price and least amount of time lost shopping. I liked the experience so much, I’m investigating joining their team !

Ester came highly recommended from someone high up at my office, and from speaking with her, I could see why. I didn’t end up buying a car through CarJoy (this time), but that is my own fault, not theirs. The relaxed, simplified, and straightforward experience was very appealing, and I think would really work for most modern car buyers. Very few people still have an appetite for the traditionally opaque and predatory dealership process.

I had a wonderful experience with purchasing a car through car joy. Warren was open and honest about the price and was able to get back to me quickly with all my questions and concerns. He kept me updated and was extremely responsive! He let me know when to expect the car at each step. I ended up choosing a RAV 4 hybrid which I am very happy with!!! I recommend Warren and Car Joy 100% !!!!!!!
