Went to hospital and was diagnosed with severe food poisoning after consuming a hotdog when that was the only thing I ate that day. The owner said I was lying and he doesn’t know how it is possible to get food poisoning and he does not understand what food poisoning is. Contacted federal business bureau and filled a lawsuit.

Iced coffee bar is half empty in the middle of summer- daily checks for availability, has not been replenished for over a week. Milk and creamers at coffee bar are nearly empty and is not stocked with fat free options. Food at the counter looks like it was fresh 20 years ago. Milk refrigerator contains no creamers or half and half. Employees completely unhelpful. This is a franchisee looking to make money rather than cater to customers and it shows.

I have been going here for years. I really don't like the service. But the location is very convenient. It's right near Roosevelt Field Mall. Today is Bring Your Own Cup Day at 7-Eleven. When I asked if they are participating, the employees said the machine doesn't work when I clearly saw that everyone who was waiting on line purchased one. I don't mind that they didn't participate. But the lying is what I truly disliked. I am so grateful that the 7 eleven around the block participated.

If I could give this NO STARS I would. We went in to get some iced coffee, they had a deal for $1.25 for any size.They don't have iced coffee. We ask if they can honor it with regular coffee. The man working says "No no no no no no it doesn't work that way" over and over again.So my husband goes tog at regular coffee. I was heating up my lunch in the microwave.As we are about to finish up, the man again talks to me and says "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? No outside food allowed" (which I do understand) and proceeds to aggressively wag his finger at me saying "no no no no no more. Not here."I walked out.So rude I have no idea why this many is allowed to work with customers.Go to literally any other 7-11.

Their iced coffee & espresso machines at this location haven’t worked for weeks. Plus when you try to redeem points, they erase them & you lose your points. Worst location ever. Steer clear.
