Bug and brown goo inside of blue slushee. I paid for it, but the clerk gave me an extreme attitude and complained that I didn’t drink something that would’ve given me food poisoning.
Nasty as hell. Somebody else who reviewed got food poisoning so that’s how you know this place isn’t worth it. Do not get the slushees or food here.

Went to hospital and was diagnosed with severe food poisoning after consuming a hotdog when that was the only thing I ate that day. The owner said I was lying and he doesn’t know how it is possible to get food poisoning and he does not understand what food poisoning is. Contacted federal business bureau and filled a lawsuit.

Iced coffee bar is half empty in the middle of summer- daily checks for availability, has not been replenished for over a week. Milk and creamers at coffee bar are nearly empty and is not stocked with fat free options. Food at the counter looks like it was fresh 20 years ago. Milk refrigerator contains no creamers or half and half. Employees completely unhelpful. This is a franchisee looking to make money rather than cater to customers and it shows.

I have been going here for years. I really don't like the service. But the location is very convenient. It's right near Roosevelt Field Mall. Today is Bring Your Own Cup Day at 7-Eleven. When I asked if they are participating, the employees said the machine doesn't work when I clearly saw that everyone who was waiting on line purchased one. I don't mind that they didn't participate. But the lying is what I truly disliked. I am so grateful that the 7 eleven around the block participated.
