Not a ding on Rex Hardware but UPS...this is a third party and charge for drop off. UPS does not indicate this and good luck trying to contact them about it.

It was a very easy and straightforward transaction. They help you right at the counter as soon as you walk into the store. I don't drive, and the closest UPS store is in Potsdam, so these authorized shippers are lifesavers.
