Pat is simply TOP NOTCH he is great at what he does and he's honest on time and very personable! We are forever grateful for the excellent service and we are truly their customers from now on! Dee runs the office and takes our phone calls & questions. We moved from out of state and no one else was remotely interested in helping us but Star Route came in clutch. They are a very busy shop but thorough and honest!!!! Tell Pat the Docters sent you ?New bearings and peace of mind are priceless but they are very reasonable too.

I took my vehicle there for a diagnostic review. Good quote on estimate. Ended up selling my vehicle so didn't have the work done. Very courteous staff! Reliable place to have repairs done. $60/HR labor rate.

Star Route Auto is just a friendly local car repair shop. Of course it is right down the street from us so that is a plus. Edna at the front desk is helpful and super friendly. Pat runs an honest shop and is always great to deal with. I always feel comfortable bringing my vehicles to Star Route.
