I called to get an appointment for a service on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and quickly got an appointment and accommodations to drop off and pick up my Jeep after hours due to my work hours. However, I was a little disheartened when I got a call from the service advisor who offered no explanation of what they found, or even what they did. I was only called to pay for the service. Overall, it was okay, but I would've liked an explanation outside of the service ticket. Additionally, the service advisor claimed that my Jeep wasn't shaking when brakes are applied, but it seemed to do it as soon as I left the parking lot. Overall, I would have to rate 3/5 stars.

I have nothing but good service when I bring my vehicle in. Nate the service manager is a great guy to deal with. Because of the good service I get when dealing with him is the reason I keep going back.

Drove 150 miles just to take a look at a car but after speaking with Claud it was an easy decision. He also did his best to help us acquire the rebates that were available at this time. I also had a few moments to visit with the owner Jerry and I enjoyed that few moments as well.

Omg where to start. They have the best customer service that I have ever seen. Andy was great and made my new jeep an easy buying experience. I would tell anyone that is looking for any Jeep Chrysler or Dodge to start at Parkway in Canton they really take great care of their customers.

If you’re looking for a dealership that cares, will provide you with excellent service, and make sure you’re happy in your new car-this is not the one.The car that I purchased from Parkway is wonderful. The service has been awful. It is very clear that this dealership does not care about the customer at all. I was not informed about the features of my car, nor shown how to use them. I connected my own phone to my new car (other dealers gladly do this for you- without having to be asked). Questions I asked about the car could often not be answered. They did not bother to explain to me the process associated with grounding a lease and paying off another; specifically timelines and what to expect.Additionally, Parkway has failed to complete their obligations associated with their end of the deal. It took them over a week and multiple phone calls to get them to ground my former lease. They also continued to insist that they had paid off the former lease..yet, every time I spoke with the leasing company the payment had not been received. When asked about their failure to complete the terms of the deal they were nonchalant, shrugged their shoulders, and again presented with their “I don’t care” attitude. They produced a paper saying they had sent a “wire transfer” for payment..when I called the leasing company they informed me they do not accept wire transfers..only checks.I’ll be glad to do service elsewhere in the future.

We were passing through town when we had a problem with our Dodge 3500 Crew Cab. We were directed to Parkway and we were treated with efficiency and respect. We were on our way again in a brief time....such good care was given to us by this dealership!!!! Thank you!
