I have been using this Kinney's for over 4 years now and they are always on top of my medications even when I'm not. If I ever have questions they are always available to answer. They even help suggest OTC medicine I may need based on symptoms if I can't get into a doctor for a script

I felt discriminated against because of the medication I take when I visited this pharmacy. The workers tried to play doctor instead of just filling the prescription like my doctor hadn't thought about my medical needs before prescribing me the medication. Then because I had the gall to question them they create arbitrary hoops for me to jump through like having to speak with my doctor when he's the one that digitally prescribed the medicine. I went 3 days without my medication because of this sorry excuse for a pharmacy.

Nice employees. They are very helpful and have good hours for the pharmacy. The have a good selection of over the counter as well as supplements.

Whenever you have a prescription filled why don't they notify the patient of any problems? I've went in sick as a dog after waiting 45-60min( because no matter what that's how long it takes) and THEN they say oh your prescription didn't get filled for (blah blah) reason. I have asked numerous times, "why don't u call me"? Answer I get " I don't know" wow,just wow Canton n.y.

Lately the store closes early every night, when I did instacart I accepted a batch 1hr prior to the store closing I get there and bam closed early… tonight I go to pick up my prescription and bam closed 18 mins early. I choose this pharmacy because of later hours it’s pretty frustrating when you can’t get prescriptions for days on end because they continuously close early. I understand staffing shortages but you could at least let your customers know if your closing early maybe send out a text alert especially if it’s happening so frequently. I do love how friendly the staff is though, always smiling and super nice. I just am frustrated with the early closing daily. I almost expect it now. And if the pharmacy closes early why not change the sign… because it still says the same hours..

I usually only come here if I have to get some prescriptions or need some medical related items, but I never have issues with this place compared to most other reviews.

Every time I come here I have to sit and wait 30 minutes to fill a prescription. Walgreens never makes me wait. I have been sitting at the window for 10 minutes now waiting as I type this review

I don't know what Kinneys the other reviewers visited but let me assure you this one has their ducks in a row and then some. They were all over the top nice friendly and helpful specifically at a time were frustration confusion and avoidance is the new normal. So please thank your entire staff that worked on 2/12/21. Management should be extremely proud too have such wonderful people working throughout the store.
