I have done several transactions and they have all been on-time, a great product and very assistive in helping me find and decide what would be my best options. Always happy with the price and customer service. They have also rushed an order in a time of need when I had something come up last minute. Highly recommend.

Was looking to have two custom 12" x 48" decals printed for my van so I drove out to Commercial Press to see if they could handle it. Spoke with Tracy at reception desk and told her what I was looking to do. She showed me color samples and started a work order pending me sending her my image to be printed. I never heard back from her after emailing images, When I called to verify her receiving them she talked me into them adding colors instead of using the flat black I had chosen. Waited 4 days, heard nothing and called her , she was very short with me and promised by the end of following day. Week and half later Nothing. Called them again and she was to busy to let me know where my order was at. Obviously this place is too busy to deal with smaller orders and unfortunately they aren't upfront about this and you end up wasting 3 to 4 weeks with them. So unless you have a substantial order don't waste your time with this place , poor service and they clearly don't care. Would be nice to have supported local but I guess not.

I needed big sized poster boards printed for orientation weekend at the University I work at and the customer service here was exceptional!! They got 6 boards done for me the very next day! I will be a repeat customer!
