We had a wonderful experience with Boyden Brook. Our Subaru got creamed and the bumper was toast. Professional interactions and the timeframe was as promised. Our bumper doesn't even look like anything happened to it (the color match is perfect). And you totally won my heart when you cleaned the outside and inside of the car too. Looks fantastic. Thanks for professional service and keeping your word. Doesn't happen too often these days.

Boyden Brook is by far the best auto repair shop in the North Country.As a woman, it can be very challenging to find a mechanic that takes you seriously.Not only does Josh & his team take my concerns seriously, but they also answer my numerous in-depth questions, giving me peace of mind after every visit.Whether I stop in asking for a test drive or to double-check work done by them, they are always happy to help & own up to any mistakes made by them.Thank you to Josh & all of the mechanics who take such good care of my car!And ladies - if you are tired of dealing with condescending mechanics, this is the place to go!!

Over the years, my family has given his business almost $100,000 in repairs That used to be good. Now their work is substandard. My car looks like crap and I've got to take it somewhere else but yet they got 13,000 from my insurance company.

Everyone is always polite and honest. They get u in and out when they say they're going to. Josh doesn't play guessing games when he tells you what's wrong with your vehicle, and that's what matters the most to me.

Friendly staff and fast service. Whether I go in a for simple oil change, or a full repair I always leave satisfied and knowing exactly what I paid for. Their technicians are always honest and give you accurate estimates. Even their waiting area is comfortable and nice! I can't recommend them enough.
