They explained everything so owners would know exactly what was going to happen, and were there 24/7 to answer any questions. They were so good with animals, and Dr. Bookbinder called the first few days after surgery to check on them. Very impressed, Dr. Bookbinder and his staff really care and you can tell.

Dr. Bookbinder is the best! We've had 3 ACL surgeries here on our dogs, and everyone here is caring and exceptionally competent. Plus, they are reasonably priced. It's the only place to go for pet surgeries in CNY. Highly recommended!
