Highly recommended. The staff is always friendly and fair. The place is 100pct trustworthy. They will listen you and your car problems and have always made everything right. I also really appreciate that Oxbow lets me try things for myself, including order parts, if I want and then come the rescue when. I get in over my head. It's the kind of shop that knows cars and is willing to talk cars too.

Super helpful. Hours are different and more convenient than other auto repair shops in the area. They always tell you what needs to be done and what should be done, letting you make the decisions without pressure. They're very safety conscious, a plus for those of us who may be driving unsafe vehicles without knowing how bad something really is. Good prices, too!
