My husband was 3hrs away from home when he got a flat tire on the Thruway. He was able to make it to this shop less than an hour before they closed for the day. They got him right in, repaired the flat & had him on his way again in no time. THANK YOU!!

I stopped over to have a tire looked at to try and plug it on recommendation from a good friend. They guys took a look at the tire, saw the screw in it, and immediately plugged it. Another shop said the tire needed to be replaced for $220. These guys fixed the problem in less than ten minutes for $21. I’ll be back for more business!

Just had tires put on Rav4 for my grandson. They always do safety check on any car. They never sell you stuff you don't need. The only place I would take a car for repair. First class operation.

I was due for an inspection and they were able to get me in the following day which was great. They got it done pretty quickly and they even had a couple of chairs and a TV set up for people who were waiting. The employees were great and they even had some awesome handmade earings for sale at the front (I didn't end up getting them but I wish I did). My family has been going here for years and we've never had a problem.

The only issue I have ever had with this shop was due to an error in communication. The staff was friendly and helpful in resolving the matter with no additional charge. My girlfriend and I will continue having our personal vehicles serviced here, would recommend to anyone.

I took my vehicle to Extreem Service Center to be NYS inspected, while it was there a worker backed a **** into my vehicle smashing the tail light, braking the brackets and denting the tailgate. Of course my vehicle would not pass inspection with a smashed tail light. I also risked getting a ticket if I drove my vehicle this way. The owner said he would buy a new tail light and it would take a couple days to get it. Said he would call when he had it. I waited 2 weeks to hear from him so I called and asked about the tail light. He said he had it. I returned to Extreem to have it put in and was told I would have to wait 2 hours as their bays were full. Mind you it takes 2 minutes to replace this tail light and it can be done anywhere. I told them to give me the tail light and left to install myself. Upon reading the tag on the tail light he gave me it was delivered to him the next day and was a junk yard light. I also wonder if they told the customer that owned the **** that it was involved in a property damage accident. $480 later I took my vehicle elsewhere and got it inspected. Everyone should avoid this repair shop unless you just want tires, his friends leave him good reviews on that.
