Wilson Beef is one of the best butchers around• Their prices are fair considering it's all done by hand and they got a lot of really nice and high quality seasonings and blends. I highly recommend a trip here!

We ordered 3 different kinds of beef sticks from the local little league teams. All of them were greasy, the jalapeño ones were dry the cheese was dry. The teriyaki were greasy with no taste and the beef cheddar were dry.

I stopped up here to get some beef short ribs and asked if I had to call in advance about getting some marrow bones cut in half for some roasted beef marrow. They said that wasn't necessary just give them a couple of minutes. Well low and behold they came back with a few and they were fresh ones.Incredible customer service here and super high quality and local product.

High quality meats, lots of jerky and meat sticks, jalapeno cheddar summer sausage and hot dogs are really good, great big doggie bones for cheap, excellent at venison processing. Friendly staff. Outstanding non shrinking bacon!

I will wait till I get my meat back then edit...until then, 3stars...I'm back....I'm changing to 5 stars. They do an awesome job I can't deny it! Thanks as I was worried about you mixing my meat. The bacon cheddar burger is to die for!
