Evwn with legal papers stating i am to get the money from my deceased son account so i can handle his estate this bank wants to play games have been a week and still playing games with different answers everytime which has been nothing but lies

Always an issue getting someone to come out of the office for service. Hard to get direct answers. Usually a long wait, even if there is only one person in line.
