.buying a car should be a good experience. I have alot to say but am limited here by space so, I was lied to , made to wait many times.theyre shorthanded and can't be trusted.car however is fine. Kia seems a good car, this dealership not so much. 2 stars for the car I get emails for service no thanx i don't trust this place and from what I'm reading with good reason.

VIP sales event is a scam. Was called 6 times to confirm interest. We drove 1.5 hours out to get there, weren't even willing to drop more than $30 on price. Advertise they pay up to $2000 over KBB trade in value, offered $1500 below trade in value. Salesman seemed very inexperienced. Very unwilling to negotiate for business deals. Walked in with pre-approval for financing and money down but still unwilling to make a deal.

All we did was get the run around. Unlike dealing with Nissan.

Never Buy a Car from VISION KIA in Canadaigua. They're service department is the worst. I've owned 4 brand new kias and never had a problem. VISION KIA installed a factory recall security upgrade. The day they did I it I started having problems. I've had the car towed 3 times now when it wouldn't start. This has been going on for months. Service said not possible it had anything to do with what they did.I called VISION KIA to make a service appointment and for 4 days left messages and no one returned my calls. They kept telling me had nothing to do with what they did. They refused to make out a factory tech request as KIA factory recommended. Car had to be towed and they had my car 7 days before they even looked at it and wouldn't give me a loaner and still didn't find the problem. The car was once again towed here in Florida this week because once again key fob wouldn't work and trunk and dome lights wouldn't work and car wouldn't start. Car was towed to KIA of Vero Beach and they immediately found the problem. They said when VISION did the security upgrade download they didn't reinstall the main fuse correctly and wasn't pushed in all the way. That's why every time I hit a bump or potholes the problem would reoccur. Vero kia also offered me a free loaner car and I didn't even buy the car from them. I been calling VISION service department for 2 days leaving messages for a return call as no one ever answers the phone in the service department. No one has returned my call. I wanted to share this information with them so no one else goes through this nightmare. I've had this problem for months and over 10,000 miles . Will never Buy a Car from VISION KIA and will never use their service department.

If they could get 0 stars it would be more accurate. My mother purchased a car, was promised lifetime oil changes. They won't honor this. She has had an oil leak for months. It's was not fixed. She took the vehicle back and they have had her car for 3 weeks. She is 78 and needs to go to doctor appts. They did not offer a loaner, won't talk to her, won't return calls, give her the run around when they do speak to her. This is horrible business practice..you should all be ashamed of the way you treat people AFTER the purchase.

They won’t stop calling me, no matter how many times I ask. I’m not new to car and motorcycle sales, but I needed to enter my phone number into their site to view a lease rate and I’ve now received eight phone calls in a day. Each time I’ve politely declined and asked to not be contacted any further, and each time I get another call a few minutes or hours later.I’ll buy when I’m ready, and I’ll buy elsewhere.

We had the best experience purchasing a Kia Carnival from Cam, Nate and Mike. They were friendly and personal and were in no way pushy as some dealerships are. They were amazing from start to finish and I definitely will be a returning customer for any/all car needs!

I bought a van from them a number of years ago. Part of the purchase agreement was that I would get free oil changes for the lifetime of the van. Recently I took it in for a change and was told that Vision Kia no longer does lifetime oil changes. I asked why and the only explanation I could get was that they were bought out and the new owner will not honor these anymore. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact someone by phone or email to discuss further and all I get is someone trying to sell me a car. No discussion, no answers, just a sales pitch. I am so disappointed that this dealer will not hold up their end of an agreement. I will not be purchasing here again.

I placed a $500.00 deposit on a vehicle that i did end up purchasing - i had to come from out of the area to pick up the vehicle and while in general the sales team was nice enough, I had a cash deal and it still took well over an hour by the time it came around to actually pay for the vehicle I just wanted to get out of there and get back home as I had a few hours drive.i didn't realize until I was on the road that they didn't give me credit for my deposit when I paid for the vehicle and the next day requested my deposit back - and again the week after that and then again and just now - nearly a month later.Wondering what kind of games they're playing at Vision Kia

Vision Kia of Canandiagua's service department is horrible, not only did it take 4hours the one time I had front wheel bearings replaced under warranty, that's because they got the wrong parts ( bolt on instead of press in) The last time I was in is when my car ( 2016 Soul) had a P1326 engine code. I spoke with service about the code , they said that they could do nothing. After calling another Kia Dealership service department,I found out that the engine was under warranty because of a software update for the knock sensor (P1326) Canandiagua's service department let me purchase a new knock sensor that would prove worthless if I had changed it, my engine failed before I could replace that part, and thanks to Kia of E. Rochester I was told not to fix it myself. E. Rochester Kia had me bring my car in for warranty assessment, Kia Replaced my engine at no cost to me as the engine failure wasn't my fault. No thanks to Vision Kia of Canandiagua's service department, I will no longer do any business with rude and unprofessional people. And I had one of my family members return that part I bought from them, they said they'd have to send a check. No money for it yet.-4 stars from me

Being disabled i had worst service i ever had. Will never go back. Here is an email Ive sent to multiple people there.writing to tell you about the pathetic service i received a month and a half ago. I entered your dealership and dealt with Cody Jenkins. After taking my info and running my credit his whole demeanor changed. My score came up 580 which was a surprise. I checked in 2 days prior and everywhere else i went after was in mid 600's from same reporting company. I told Cody i had about $500-$1k to put down too. He stated there was nothing he could do and ID have to talk with sales manager. This gentleman was supposed to call me the next day. I did not hear from him so the next afternoon a Friday i stopped in. This being difficult as i am disabled. Cody got the sales manager and i forgot his name. He said he will submit my info to lenders and would call me no later than Saturday. No response. This is where the real joke begins. I started calling in the following Monday to find out what was going on. If i got an answer i was routinely put on hold and that would result in me leaving VM with no response or i would get disconnected. I asked to speak with sales manager and was told it was a women and again put on hold and VM. I then switched gears and emailed Cody with no response. I switched gears again and reached out to online chat to see if i could get info. Got nowhere so i asked for your name and number. They stated they didnt have it!! After 2 weeks of not getting anywhere i got irritated and went to another dealer and bought a very nice car with them. The kicker was during those 2 weeks i was getting daily sales calls from your place. I started explaining this and would get hung up on. I know you won't reach out to me or do anything about it but i have been on social media and telling everyone i know about the horrible service i received. The dealer i bought the car from did what they could because they wanted the sale and i got a good deal on a great car. Ill leave my number in case you do decide to reach out.Bradley

Highly recommend! Sales team is a bit understaffed, but they were great throughout the process. The sales manager accidentally loaded the wrong trim level when valuing my trade-in, so they offered well above market value for it. The sales manager realized this after the fact, but honored it which I thought showed great integrity. Overall, a great experience.

I will never do business with Vision Canandaigua again. We were sent a letter offering almost $40k trade in for our Telluride, so we stopped by. After wasting an hour of our time, we were told our car "that was in really good shape" was only worth Kelly $33k. A total 'bait and switch" and a complete misrepresentation. We did not approach them, they wrote to us. We bought our first Kia from them, but I will never deal with them again. You have to have trust and I have none with them.
