No one answers the phone in service.
Note the only way I could get a service appointment I had to drive there and make an appointment. Funny how all the service calls go to employees cell phones.
Note I have purchased and leased 5 kia Sorentos from this dealer.
Turned in a 2021 Sorento almost a month early with 25000 miles on it, note I had a lease term for 36000 miles and those people from kia sent me a $390.00 dollar bill for worn out tires plus $400.00 for a turn in fee.
Kia will never my business again!
For the record I'll pay the $400.00 but no way in hell their getting the wear fee.

The dealership is turning in to a joke.. you can never get anyone on the phone once you have drove your car off the lot. The sales department will just ignore you after your purchase and not answer your calls. The Head Sale's Manager lies about everything he sells and I have him recorded saying when I buy the body protection and fabric plan that I could get a loaner for the 24hrs they have my car. I have audio of him blatantly lieing about numerous things.
Update: All they are willing to do to fix the problem is reply to this review with a automated response that they don't read or try to fix the problem..

TO THE NEW OWNERS: Please!!!! Do something with your phone system! This was NEVER a problem before you guys took over! If you don’t believe me, call yourself! I wish you luck - you won’t get through! I’ve made over 50 calls to vision in service/sales over the past year. Not a SINGLE ONE was answered. Sadly, That is NOT a lie! I’ve had to ask for personal cell phones and that is how I now communicate with your departments. This is totally unacceptable!!!! Even to leave a voicemail it’s: someone is about to answer your call… wait a minute… they don’t! Also, on multiple occasions, your app says there are no appointments in the future even if I try to schedule 3 months out. I have my reasons for coming to vision, which I won’t list here. Probably a good thing for you because I would’ve given up a longggggg time ago. BTW - this review is only for your phone service which 100% is the worst I’ve experienced ANYWHERE…. EVER!

Owned the car for less than an hour and the brake seized up... can't get ahold of anyone at there. Had to drive back down just so they would fix the problem then they didn't even fully fix the problem. Now I have to go back to get a new temp registration because that has expired because the DMV got paper late. Now I have to do all the brakes because they left old rotors and calibers on car and I've owned it for less than 2 weeks. 100% shows why people are scared to buy car these days.

So buying car with Sam was great finance manager was great just bought the car it's scraping when I hit the brakes and still doing call service who I have extended warranty with don't answer when there open not good customer service appently
