CJ was very helpful with upgrading to a new phone and plan. It was a very seamless visit. I did not have to wait for an appointment and came right in and was served in a friendly manner. Great experience.

CJ Coulter was very helpful with getting me a new phone when my broke. He was efficient and extremely helpful. He even lowered my monthly payment a few dollars by switching to a new plan. If you go to Verizon he is your guy and he will help you out and does not want the costumer to pay more than they have too

AVOID - AVOID- AVOID
Do not count on the fact that these "representatives" are knowledgeable or will make sure that they transfer your data correctly. I specifically told them that it was important for me to protect messages from relatives. They sent me on my way to run errands and when I got back - he did a quick run through of the transfer then wiped my old phone. All of my shared data was gone!!! There are no mixed media photos that were sent to me or messages that were sent before my mother and sisters passed away. GONE!!! Called to find out what could be done and he had the nerve to blame me for him not transferring the data correctly.
Your choice to go here or not but if you do - you risk the same heartbreak I am experiencing. Go to Victor or Rochester - save yourself the tears.

Interactions with this store have been negative all around. Their product line is limited. Verizon reception in this county is terrible and they have no suggestions for any solutions.
Worst of all, after I tried to leave, Verizon made it impossible to pay the final bill. When you leave, your ability to do anything through the website is limited. When I asked at the store, Dave noted that their computer had an error, but that I had to drive out to Victor to fix it, as this store does not have full access to accounts. Really?
Is Verizon really this poorly organized that they can't pull up necessary customer information at any store? That they insist you pay a bill and then don't give you any way to do so?
I went with another carrier, and have no plans to go back.

Thanks Dan for all your help in resolving a 3 week running issue with our insurance claim that was not fully processed (Not Verizons Fault). We were happy to trade in for a new phone in an overall very pleasant experience! Highly recommended and great customer service!

If I could do 0 stars I would. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS A VERIZON STORE TO USE. They, and specifically the sales person Jeremy sell you products, with promises they do not stand behind. In June I purched multiple phones, a tablet and switched from spectrum (who I had no issues with) to Verizon. I was promised a smart TV with the purches, it's now October. With multiple phone calls and stops at the store I have gotten no where. The only answer they have for a customer in need of help is call *611 or go to a corporate store. How about just do what you promised? Maybe a Google review will get me somewhere

I messed my phone up and couldn't file a claim myself. So this young man helped me file my claim and directed me to ubreakifix to fix my issue. I would have been lost without his help. Canandaigua is my go-to

Phil & Taylor were wonderful from the second I arrived. Taylor saw me coming and opened the door so I could navigate easily with a large stroller. She was beyond was pleasant from the start! I shared that my screen wasn’t responding to any touch (a sure sign of $$$ needing a new phone $$$ which I was sure I’d have to leave with ?). She attempted a soft restart and looked further into the problem/potential solutions when it didn’t work immediately. Phil swooped in to assist and my phone was fixed in 3 minutes. Thank you both!!!
