I have been dealing with them since the late 80's. Bob romeiser was my main contact through the nineties. Since then Charlie Webb took over and has been like a part of my family. His dedication and knowledge of the product is unparalleled. He is a low pressure salesman who really cares about his customers. I probably wouldn't return if he wasn't there. I highly recommend giving him a call. If they don't have what you want, he will find one. If he wasn't there, I would be forced to find a new dealer! He is this dealerships MVP.

I'll never buy a truck here again. Service is terrible. My one year old truck had an internal short in the battery covered under warranty. They told me bring it in and will take a look at in the morning. Never heard from them so I called at 4pm. They said they needed to get a battery delivered it'll be done the next morning. The next day no call. Finally on the 4th day without a truck I called and they said they wouldn't get to it for another couple days. I went and picked my truck up in the same spot I left it. I took it to Tradition Chevrolet in Newark at noon, my truck was back to me running by 3pm and all covered under warranty. Not buying anymore trucks from Garber Randall
