This company had high rates for the two years I was with them. They broke my gutter and never fixed it after showing them pictures and sending emails. I have recently switched and now I'm saving $.50 a gallon. And there tanks have been sitting in my yard for over a week because they haven't bothered to pick them up.

We had a scheduling conflict where the service technician arrived before I was told I had to be at my home. They acknowledged I was in the right and arranged to have the technician come back the same day. Good customer service is very important to me. They have earned my future business.

Good price for propane. Got some Free propane training for filling my RV. Had to disconnect my tow dolly and car to turn around. Friendly and helpful.

When I initially called for services, I was told there was a required credit application, which is understandable. I told the woman upfront over the phone my credit was not up to par, she said "don't worry, they will work with you, probably cash on delivery." Today I got a call from them refusing to service my home. When I asked about the cash on delivery I was told "we have too many customers to keep track of that." Absurd.

Do not deal with these people. Trying to work with them and the outrageous prices they charge should be criminal. My son was injured at work and let go. I took over the account for him. He fell behind in his payments and attempted to work with Dave, the credit manager, to resolve the issue. First said he needed a payment. OK, said I would pay $50. , since I had never received any information or paperwork on the account! Then he said no he needed half. Offered to pay half immediately and then they could work out the rest with my son. He would not accept that, wanted to know immediately when the other half would come. Then he started talking over me as I tried to ask questions. Admittedly by this point I was not very pleasant either and I had to loudly ask if he would stop talking and listen to me. He did not and kept yelling. I called him a "mule that is dug into the ground" and he then hung up on me.I called Karen at the Geneva Main Office who was exceptionally polite and helpful and took half the balance as payment and indicated they would try to work out the rest. Dave (in Penn Yan) then overstepped her and cancelled the arrangement and had the tanks picked up. He was a completely rude, ignorant and difficult person to deal with. Save yourself some blood pressure medicine and do not deal with them.
