I had a wonderful and relaxing facial last week! Stunning view of Canandaigua Lake. I highly recommend Sandra, she is fantastic! A kind and gentle soul with a passion for making her clients feel pampered. She is knowledgeable in her profession and made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. I look forward to my next spa service at Park West!

I moved here in June and starting asking around for a spa that had all the amenities. Park West Design and Spa was the name that came up frequently, so I made an appt. there for a cut and color. So GLAD I did. Malaika listened and gave me one of the best cuts I have ever had. All the employees there are so nice and since I had such a great experience, I went back for a facial with Margaret. It was awesome. Love this place and the atmosphere! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I worked in hospitality for a decade and the hospitality I experienced here was top notch. When I went to call an Uber for a nearby hotel (it was pouring), the owner said “don’t call an Uber, I’ll drive you.” And she did. It was beyond kind and I was so touched. (Also my hair came out great!)

From the moment I walked in, it was a beautiful experience. The view of the waterfront is breathtaking!The staff are tremendously kind and took the time to make me feel comfortable.I was scheduled for airbrushed makeup, and unfortunately, their tools were malfunctioning. We switched gears to do mineral makeup up. I learned that mineral makeup is not my thing, and I wouldn't personally do it again. I do look forward to going back for other services because their highest priority is to make their customer happy with the work that they produce.

I recently found Park West Hair Design and Spa and love it!❤️Malaika cut and colored my hair this week and it looks so healthy and beautiful! Didn't like this salon as owner was rude and not very accommodating. She also discriminated against me. She embarrassed me in front of everyone in the salon just because of where my ancestors came from. What should it matter to her what my family history is . We all come from somewhere. If she cannot accept peoples race or nationality, then she shouldn't be in business. She has to learn to accept everyone who walks in her door, otherwise, she shouldn't be in business. Would not recommend this place even though she gave a decent cut. Never told me before I came that she raised her prices. She called to confirm my appointment, so why didn't she say anything? Not the right thing to do, a deceptive practice.Only told me after she embarrassed me. Never came back to this salon as she humiliated me and never apologized to me.

Stay away from Park West Hair. Owner is very unprofessional and straight up rude. Had my color done once with Lori Moose and color was beautiful . Got a retouch done with a different stylist (who was lovely) but the color came out noticeably lighter . The owner was horribly rude stating that the color used was the same as the first time and it was not possible that it was lighter . She was abrasive and argumentative. This salon is very expensive, but clients are treated terrible. I was so upset after dealing with the owner Diane. STAY AWAYService: Hairstyling

45 dollars for a regular manicure and 75 for a regular pedicure is a total rip off. Wasn’t even gel. They are robbing you blind with those prices for a mani pedi. At least put pricing on the website or when you call. Margaret was great but paying that much is absolutely insane.Services: Pedicures

Very nice people. Very very expensive. $225 for color, cut and style. She did get me in at the last minute, but no one mentioned price. I probably would not have had the work done had I known the cost.Service: Haircut
