I usually tend not to involve myself with reviews, but Palmer Automotive very much deserves one. I have now brought my car in on two separate occasions, and both times I was thrilled by the service and ease of it. For someone who doesn't know much on the topic of cars, its easy to feel intimidated when needing repairs or even the most basic routine checkups. They at Palmer Automotive explained everything really well before and after servicing my car, and I never once questioned their honesty in the process. I very much recommend them to everyone, and give them 4.9 stars.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Matt Palmer has worked on my family’s cars for over 20 years. When I was visiting from out of state recently, my car broke down and had to be towed after business hours. I sent it to Palmer’s. I was able to get in touch with them after hours through FB and let them know the situation. Matt found a way to expedite a part for me and worked on that car for hours outside in the sun because the tow truck dropped it in a difficult location. He made sure my car was done that Monday so I could get back home. His rates are reasonable, he is extremely personable and he is someone you can always trust to do the right thing. Highly highly recommend.

Palmer's is the only auto repair shop I trust with all our family vehicles, both daily drivers and summer cars. Matt's prices are a bit higher than the competition, but the quality of the parts and labor are well worth the money.
