Very easy to set up (totally online). Had my spot the next day. Location is great and facility is very clean and well maintained. Location is fenced and locked. Will be back.

Kicked us out because he has a 3rd party billing system, that he has no control over, but tried to bill my bank 8 times and got angry cause the card info changed, kicked us out, didn’t even offer security deposit back, then tried to charge for a desk that he has no garbage can for use, then took security deposit then tried charging me for trash, like no buddy you took the first and last deposit, this is his set it and forget it business, and gets pissy when he had to interact, especially when a fault is found, cause it might affect profit…

We had basically our entire lives in storage for a year, Must Stash It was great! Big units, reasonable priced. Easy to access while also being very secure. Easy to end your rental. If they weren't so far from where we moved we would have stayed with them!

Storage is storage, right? Wrong. The customer service was outstanding, the unit was clean and large, and the price was right. Also, they had cameras everywhere and great security access. Would highly recommend!

Facility grounds were always clean and accessible. Staff were always polite and provided terrific customer service. Individual unit was much more affordable than other storage facilities in the area, free of any mechanical issues, and zero evidence of any type of animal infestation. Security was perfect. I’d highly recommend this company.

I was on the website at 7:30pm and had a couple questions so I sent a message assuming they’d get back to me in the morning. Instead I got a response/answer within a couple mins. Had a follow up question, and again they responded immediately! For me communication goes a very long way and that was impressive!I did book and now have a unit!

My experience with this company was pleasant and very helpful, the customer service was respectful and helpful, the price was very reasonable, the unit itself was in GOOD condition and CLEAN!!.I would definitely suggest that if you want a clean, in great condition, and in a safe environment storage unit give MUST STASH IT a look over,you will not be disappointed.Jimmyp
