They are the rudest people. Absolutely no people skills. I was in line to check out and the girl just leaves not a word. The girl that did check me out never spoke. Just rude. Go to Joanne fabrics!

This is the location where I fell in love with Michaels and I fell in love with Happy Planner products, so there is a special place in my heart for it! Besides, this place is always clean and well-stocked, and the staff is always so friendly!
