Can’t say enough great things about this place! I searched for weeks for a storage unit and was only discouraged to not get any return calls of availability. Found McAlpin and not only did the owner pick up on the first call, he offered amazing rates and the whole process was so easy! Sadly I just left as I no longer need my unit, but cannot recommend them enough!! Clean, easy and affordable!

Had my car parked there for almost 2 years and he worked with me the WHOLE time. I was late WAY more often than not and still he allowed partial payments when I couldn’t get fully caught up. Genuinely great service and an understanding man.

McAlpin Self-Storage is everything I could have asked for in a self-storage facility! 24-hour access, convenient location, clean, well lit and safe and supporting small local business' is a plus! Contact with Patrick, the owner, is always so pleasant, transparent and helpful. It's really nice to be able to deal with a real human being vs. large corporate self-storage services.
Highly recommend for a no-fuss self-storage experience!

The location is a bit strange. We found it by following a garage sale sign. The man selling items out of his storage units was very kind and we found a few treasures.

We had a terrible experience with McAlpin Self Storage today. Despite calling one day ahead to set up a time to begin a storage rental, the person we spoke to on the phone (Patrick) didn't show up, and we were forced to scramble to find an alternative, or pay a penalty to the car rental company for returning their pickup truck late. This would have been an expensive problem, but for the fact that nearby Apple Blossom Storage was very responsive, and gave us an even better deal at a nicer facility.Before attempting to find a different storage facility, we called McAlpin's business number a few times. They eventually called us back an hour and fifteen minutes later, but by that time we had already finished unloading our stuff at Apple Blossom, and were on our way to return the truck with little time to spare.

This is customer service on a whole other level. McAlpin was the nicest guy ever, and waited past closing time on Halloween just so I could park my boat in his outdoor storage space. Most affordable rates in town, and a great sense of humor with no BS. Would recommend him for any of your storage needs! Thanks McAlpin!!
